Touted as the original ‘Leela‘ of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone as Bhansali’s Leela looked smashingly gorgeous in every shot in elaborate ensembles BUT hold your breath as now the very scintillatingly scorching Sunny Leone is superseding her niche. Dressed in a knee-length red skater skirt and a crop black top with a transparent net back, she spoke her heart out about her new character Leela in the upcoming flick Ek Paheli Leela directed by Bobby Khan at Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon – iSkate.
“It took about 3 hours each day to create the look for Leela – pulling, tweaking, tucking, pinning, it took a lot to get into the getup but what came out of the painstaking job was beautiful “, Sunny explained with a happy face.
She is well mannered, soft spoken and just so amicably likeable – an inherent kindness of heart that reflects from her disposition. An adult film star that she is, she has more facets to her personality than just that. She is a graceful dancer, sensuously loquacious, has super screen presence makes Sunny highly desirable. Asked whether she enjoys dancing more or acting after having become a wholesome Bollywood Actress, she said “I don’t know about forte but the fact that I getting a chance to dance, act, the fact that I am doing it gives me happiness. At times I get up and realise that oh my God I am actually in India, that feeling is special “.
This movie trailer is supposedly the most watched trailer for obvious reasons – you’d find Sunny Leone heating up the scenes with some really hot and intimate moments with actor Rajneesh Duggal and Jay Bhanushali. Set with a backdrop of reincarnation, Sunny would be seen playing a double role – a double treat for the fans. One is a modern day model in western clothes dancing to the song topping the charts – Gore Gore and the other is a village simpleton dressed in prurient Rajasthani attire, sensuously revealing, speaking the local lingo with élan (after a lot of practise and hard-work).
Also making a comeback after 12 years of sabbatical from films is actor Jas Arora. Looking gallant and stout-hearted, Jas fits the role of a villain in the film, at least in looks – long moustache, bearded, dressed in slim-fit tuxedo, he looked every bit of a Thespian to be praised.
Let’s see what this film has in store for all – as the title suggests ‘mystery’, I hope it unfolds rather dramatically with Sunny as a treat to watch.
