Just when the ensorcelled lovers behested their love to be eternal, I did the same but, for my battery!
And, good I did, as I didn’t want to be debarred from clicking the best moments at the most ambrosial sun-downer. Le Cirque at the regal Leela Palace, organized a Valentine’s sun-downer at its terrace with a milieu of city’s grandiose skyline and impressive luxuriant sweep.
See in your mind’s eye: Live Musicians on the Piano, Violin and Saxophone filling up the air with idealistic blues, classical love numbers and jazz instrumentals – add bubbles to the chimerical portrait, literally! Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial poured out the flutes till they blushed in ecstasy. It was a perfect scene for the aficionados to get their darlings to raise a toast and enjoy the fascinating vista of the capital while savoring the hors d’oeuvres. Spin-off: Left smitten by a riveting inebriated evening!
Antipasto I loved:
The Smoked Chicken mini burgers, the polenta canapés and the Prawns wrapped in Pasts nets were delicious. I couldn’t stop gorging on the scummy spread.
PS: Musician Babush Santana played to rouse. He can’t see, but became the macrocosm of immortal love. Kudos to the hotel for giving impaired conjurers like him a podium to exhibit.
