Stating the First:
Beets and Goat Cheese Salad – an absolute stunner! Just looking at it, you’d want to avariciously savor it. The beetroot sheets added the panache to this already sensual delicacy. With it was my glass of Sangiovese – delectable!
My abso. Fav.
The Smoked Mushroom Risotto: hickory smoked assorted mushroom risotto with mushroom sheet and chive oil is a must have. The smoke permeates through the Arborio wholly, creating a sensuous smokey burst in your mouth.
Hari Saag: Polenta crusted fried yogurt balls dipped in the luscious spinach gravy served with jiggery, corn bread and white butter – beautiful fusion. The progressive food amalgamates technique and taste to create a bouquet of innovative aromas.
The Confit Halibut also deserves a pompous mention – coconut scented shellfish bisque reduction along with seasonal veggies is quite scrumptious.
PS: Choose from an exotic range of well-designed cocktails supervised with aesthetic meticulousness to cater to diverse palettes. Chai and Rye Julip, Bird in the Hand and The Smokey for an experience you’ve missed till now.
The best part of Niche’s fare is that they keep flavors simple and standards high. They’d rather have you happy than confused. Germane to context: Striving to better, oft we mar what’s well ~William Shakespeare, King Lear
