Walk into The Jugaad Bar and let beer bottles become the beckon of light for the night – let the plafond with hovering and flickering used bottles illumine your fête. As you walk up the stairs, you’d be delighted to find yourself parked at a space that is epitome of recycled virtuosity. Think of truck headlights used to light up the space. Have the Todu Macroni cheese burger served on a rustic khat – This is for the ones who don’t mind oleaginous food. Deep-fried macaroni used in lieu of buns with scrumptious mutton stuck in between makes this a sumptuous dish.
The other must have is the Cheesy Vada Pav with cutting chai – the fusion gone right! Don’t expect it to have the authentic tang because it boasts of a twist. The cheesy flavor is quite interesting!
The Salads and the Spaghetti Bolognese were really scrumptious.
